SKY Q Watch from start not working

The watch from start feature has stopped working on my SKY Q for the channels like BBC where it used to work.


I am still offered the prompt and the screen goes black and flips to BBC iPlayer as it tries to download as normal, but it then just starts the show midway through at the same point I had pressed the button to try and watch from start.

@Stiggy111 just tried on my box and working fine here Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
