SKY Q BOX KEEPS CRASHING

Getting extremely frustrated by having to restart unplug my sky q box, more than once a day! I'm out of contract and i'm getting to the stage where i'm seriously considering cancelling.Sky

Not sure if the relevance of being 'out of contract' but all hardware is loaned from Sky so they'll provide a replacement if necessary.

If you end up needing a new replacement Sky Q box remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into the back of the couriers van and accept any new power cable DPD deliver with the replacement box in case it's different to the one you have.
