Router password

I have SkyQ prob, almost every day network is lost, I have to reneter router password, multiple times, router is a TP Link new last October

It tediouse having to do this. Ive chatted with broadband supplier, new full fibe last October, they say line is OK, now contacting Sky for assitance, but robot could not find a solution.
