Ridiculous service
I am DISGUSTED that SKY have no way to get support for my Sky Q not connecting to the internet.
It's scandalous that I cannot get any help and am sent round in circles, wasting time on the phone to automated chat and AI bots that lead to a dead end.
Seriously - SKY are a absolute joke.

It's almost 11pm on a bank holiday.
This is a customer led help forum.
Is this something that was working and stopped? Has anything changed?

I know this is a customer-led forum. I am a customer. This is literally the only option open to me for a couple of days. I only messaged here on the off chance that someone might know if there are any other options.
It's the fact that there is no viable solution from Sky - their phones lead you on a merry dance. Their Ai bot leads to a dead end. The only offer is the self-service option in this forum.
I don't mind resolving it myself - but there is no way to do so. That is my gripe.

It helps if you provide some basic information.
Is this a new Q installation, or was there some other reason for needing to reconnect?
Which ISP are you using?
Typically the call pathways lead to a human if the automated prompts aren't responded to, but staffing will have been reduced over the past couple of days.
