Returns

I have been sent a box to return my sky products. however, I am slightly confused as there is only one box? 
it states on the letter that the only thing I need to return in the sky broadband hub/power cable. Is this correct? Do you  not need the sky tv box?

That's probably the box for the hub. If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of any cancellation period, [14 days for Broadband] [31 days for Sky Q]. 


Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
