@Dibster  You're not talinmg to Sky, nothing will happen in response to a forum post.  You can use your own packaging  and can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Remember to keep your proof of posting.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
