Returns

Hello, I have received a returns box for my sky Q mini box. I was wanting ask if I could delay sending this equipment back until August please without incurring a charge? 
I am a diamond member of sky

@Nibby  You're not contacting Sky Customer services, and if items are not returned by the due date provided a non return fee will be applied.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

In addition the non return fee for a mini box is currently £50, and when you've returned it keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely.

Yes. Returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed. Just keep that proof!
