Returning the sky box

Hi I need to send off my sky preivious box back I am sending it back tomorrow, I have received a message that I will be charged as I haven't sent it out. Due to unforeseen circumstances and a death in the family I had to fly out of the country. I got back today and will be sending out the sky box tomorrow

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

Just remember to obtain proof of posting it back and keep it safe and indefinitely.

Returns are dealt with by Unipart on behalf of Sky and they are taking quite a number of weeks to process them at their warehouse.

Should Sky charge you for non return after you've returned it post back in this thread and we can maybe get you some help from Skys Community Messaging Team. If you have the proof it should be fairly straightforward.

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.
