Returning kit

I have returned sky kit on 28 March 2025, then on 29 March 2025 I received email from you say thank you for returning sky kit but! yesterday I have received another email saying please return sky kit! I am confused about this as you already know that I has returned it! So please can you confirm or check now that you have received the sky kit? Thank you.

Nope as we're other customers here...

Did you keep your proof of posting?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@AnomaWatt

We can't. If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

Have you kept your proof of posting?

Sky use Unipart to deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse.

With or without proof of posting we can maybe get you some help from Skys Messaging Team. If you have the proof it should be fairly straightforward however if you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. Let us know in this thread if you have the proof of posting and if you want to engage in a chat with Sky.

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum.

Although we are customers we can get you some help to get this sorted if you can confirm if you have the proof of posting receipt with the tracking details on it ?

The returns system / process isn't fit for purpose imho. This happens way too often. Should be zero occurences of them thinking they have it but some other process demanding it again and causing stress and wasting people's time. It usually resolves itself but yeah, we can escalate it on here if you have proof of postage to get it ironed out sooner.
