Returning equipment charges

I have received a text today to say I'm being charged for not returning equipment, although I returned it on 29th April?

 

I have the receipt as proof of return and the tracking says delivered. Sky are only trying to charge me for one item missing, yet all items were in the prepaid box they sent to me? I can't seem to get hold of anyone at Sky regarding this

We often get customers receiving such chase ups - the system is not as slick as it could be.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
