Hi I've just received an email saying my account is being charged for not returning equipment. I spoke to someone last week and they said because they couldn't send out a returns box to me I had to send it in any box so I did this on Wednesday. The man also said there was no date expectation on returning aswell.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt's taking around two weeks to process returns so Sky may not have picked up yet that you've returned it. Have you kept proof of postage? Let us know if you end up being charged a non-return fee, and we'll get you some help here.
