Returning Equipment

I’m currently in the process of returning my Sky equipment, and the email I received stated that I would be sent two return labels. The first box was supposed to be for returning my Sky Broadband Hub. However, when the box arrived, the label/instructions indicated that it was for a Sky Q Mini box and remote instead. I therefore packaged up the Sky Q Mini and remote and returned them using the first label. I’ve now received the second returns box, but this one is also asking me to return the Sky Q Mini box. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it with Sky? I’m keen to avoid being charged for equipment that I have already returned.

It's not unheard of to get the wrong returns box, but it doesn't really matter, you can use that for the hub.

Kit all goes back to the same place and Sky themselves also say:

Packaging lost or damaged?

  • Use any secure box.
  • Include a note with your Sky account number and a list of the equipment inside
