Returned sky Q equipment. Had a threat to charge me for it.

Hi. I returned all my sky Q equipment as requested. I have proof of postage. I've today had a threat to charge me for items that haven't been sent. They have been sent. I imagine it's because I put everything in one box rather than the two boxes that were sent to me. Can you help please?

How long ago did you send them back? Returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed.

I sent it all back on the 23rd August. Had an email from Sky acknowledging they'd received everything. Today I've had an email saying I haven't sent them a Sky mini box and they'd charge me £50 for it. I literally have a photo of the box with the Sky mini boxes all in there prior to sending. I expect it's an admin issue at Skys end again. I'm so glad I'm nearly free of them - but this is so frustrating. We really shouldn't have this hassle.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you later.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that appears you have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.
