Return
Hello, we recently were sent a new sky Q box as the one we had broke. The courier took the label & box back with him as he had a returns order placed too. I tried to explain to the driver that we needed the box and label to package the returns and we would then send it back, but he wouldn’t leave the box and took it back with him. We have packaged up the old box and it’s ready to be returned, we just need a label. Can you please send one?

@Anonymous Usually these are done as a doorstep box swap where you unpack the new box and put the old box in the packaging while the courier waits to take it away with them.
