Return packaging

I am moving home today and have cancelled my subscription but you have still not sent me free post packaging to return the equipment to you

@Matt79  You're not addressing Sky via the forum, if you have cancelled services returns packaging is sent after 31 days, you can use your own instead if you don't receive it.

 

You can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Remember to keep your proof of posting.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Also be aware that if you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of the cancellation period, [14 days for Broadband hub and 31 days for Sky Q box(es)], to the address that the subscription was registered at. You may therefore have to use alternatively sourced packaging as suggested by @GD1
