Morning
I have received an email stating I have not returned equipment and funds will be removed from my account. The equipment was returned by post on 27/02/23. I have the receipt of proof of posting. Please ensure any funds taken are returned to my account immediately.

You are not talking to Sky here as we are just fellow customers.
In order to address your issue, I have escalated your post to Sky who should be in touch with you regarding this via a private message on this forum or an email to you, both of which will invite you to a private chat.
Look out for a blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
