Hi @Keeneo77 Why do you need to reset your hard drive an your SKYQ main box?
To reset the hard drive on a Sky Q box, press the Home button, highlight Settings, then press 0, 0, 1, and Select to open the hidden menu. Scroll to and select Reset, then choose Reset hard drive. This will erase all current and scheduled recordings.
