Require an Engineer

We have recently had an extension built on the side of our home, they had to cut the Sky cable meaning we have no current TV signal, I require an engineer to install a new cable asap please.

Unfortunately you are not contacting SKY customer services here - we are generally just other customers

 

You will need to call.

 

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help & scroll down

There may be a charge under these circumstances, around £65.  There also may be a wait of several weeks.

 

Possibly worth considering if there's a local firm that can do it...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Or you could join the cut cable yourself.
