Replaying recorded programmes from Quest Channel
Having recorded a programme from Quest Channel, eg Giro highlights, try to replay and am advised there is a "technical problem playing this channel".
Recording "appears" to be there but can't fast forward, rewind or pause.
If I attempt to do any one of these goes back to the start and gets stuck!!
Any solution ? or any one else with same problem?

Try a restart of your Sky Q box
- Press standby on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug your box at the mains.
- Check there are no lights on the front panel of your Sky Q box and all cables are securely connected.
- Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
- Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press Home on your Sky Q remote.
Some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Did a Sky Q box restart and "problem" appears to have been resolved.
Had not done it before since have had to do several restarts following the Sky "technical outage" pm on Thursday 22nd May.
