Good morning I've spoke to one of your operators this morning at 11:08am regarding my sky mini box a replacement was agreed to be delivered tomorrow and a confirmation would be sent via text and email as of yet I've received nothing, can you confirm this is going to happen many thanks Darren Allsworth

It might be it will take a day or two to be sent as a next day delivery (with today being a Sunday) does appear to be a pretty quick delivery schedule.
