Repetitive problems loading Netflix

I'm so frustrated every time I try to put Netflix on it will not work . So I unplug the Sky Q box and plug it back in , refresh the app in Sky settings and eventually it works ,most of the time . Why does this keep happening? And how can I fix it ?

Hi @Em+G 

Try reloading Netflix on your Q box.

To do this open Netflix and go to the left hand menu.

Scroll down to the bottom and then scroll right and select Get help.

On the Next screen there is an option to reload Netflix
