Repeated problems between q box q box mini

Help!! 

 

The last few months the q box and q mini keep dropping connection 

Engineer visit yesterday   they reassured us that the problem was fixed and now its even worse 

Did a hard reset of q box and router  connects for a few minutes and then disconnects

Paying £125 a month for tv i can't watch.  Internet okay with mobile phones

Hello!

This is unacceptable, especially after an engineer visit failed to fix the issue. The frequent dropping of your Sky Q Box and Mini suggests a fault with the Sky Q mesh network or the equipment itself, as your mobile internet is fine. Immediately call Sky Customer Service, explain that the service is now worse, and demand to speak to a supervisor or technical escalation team. Insist on a senior engineer or replacement equipment (Q Mini and/or router) and clearly request a credit/refund for the time you have been unable to use the $\textsterling125$ per month service.
