I I have sky broadband sky tv and sky talk for to renew it costs £85.50 they won't budge of this price is this high according to google it is higher than it should be. All advice welcome tried to cancel Sky cinema no go only wanted Sky essential package but told it is only available on Sky streaming services which I don't want. Thank you

Yeah essentials has disappeared for Q sadly
But you should be able to cancel Cinema and just have Signature
Doesn't really matter what we think of the price but I pay more than that for just Sky sig+cinema (plus multiroom and UHD), no broadband, no phone line
The best deals only tend to come after you've submitted a cancellation request, this gets you through to the retentions team, and subsequently the winback team. Simply asking to renew a contract tends not to garner much in the way of a discount, if any.
