Removing channels

Please can someone advise how I remove channels from my packages? I need to remove sky sports and movies but can not access the links to do this. 

I've emailed Sky asking for the channels to be removed yet still I wait. 

any help?

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it from your MySky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or maybe try the messaging service
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
