Remote numbers

My pin number worked yesterday but not todat.

 

I can't reset as one of numbers is one used in the last 4 numbers of bank account.

 

I want a new remote,this happened before with another remote and was ableto get a new one as couldn't be fixed.  Frustrated!

The SKY Go app on iOS & Android now has a 'virtual' remote which can also use

If it's a faulty remote order a replacement as you did previously or alternatively purchase one from a larger supermarket which will be quicker. I'm still on my original remote since November 2019.
