Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
This will unpair it from the TV and the Q box.
if you permanently don't want to control your TV you will need to re pair the Q remote to the Qbox
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes . You can then choose not to pair or pair to the TV again.
