Remote has stopped working

Remote is nit working, replaced batteries, volume down button works, buttons 1 3 8 work. Program down works.

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for customers in the ROI).

It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.
