Remote for Sky Q Mini Box only turns tv on/off and can adjust sound. Have tried the 7/9, then 1/3

Tried 7/9, then 1/3 suggestion, but no instructions then appear on-screen. What to try next?

That's the extent of television functionality from a Sky remote.  What were you hoping it could do (or perhaps you mean can't adjust sound)?

Yes, can adjust sound and turn the tv on & off, but cannot do anything else. No other buttons on the remote work. (Cannot change channels, go to Guide, see recordings).

Did the red led above the SKY Logo button flash 4 times when you pressed & held 7 &  9 ?

If you can still change the volume on the TV then this would indicate it did not reset.

Note if that did work fully then your remote must be able to 'see' the mini box as until it is re-paired it uses infrared.

If it did reset OK and you can not get the menus on the mini then power down restart the mini & try again

The remote worked fine with the Q Box Mini one day--all of the functions worked. Then suddenly the only thing it would do is turn the tv on/off and allow me to adjust the sound.
