My Sky Q box is freezing on a daily basis. I now cannot switch on the Sky Q box remotely or manually. On every occasion I have to fully power down the unit and reboot to enable start up and connection to my sky mini boxes.
has anyone had similar and what causes this and how it's alleviate.
or is this Skys internal sales team looking at my system to sell me an Sky Glass upgrade?

Same problem here. It tells me the internet connection is fine one second, then loses it the next. Then all the Apps vanish. The drive is only 22% full. I decided I wanted Skystream only to find Sky won't sell it to me on their website. I just want rid of Sky Q, if it's not the box, its the dish not getting a signal during a decent shower of rain.

@Jon+Porter at present the only way to get Glass or Stream when moving from Q is to contact Sky

Can anyone explain why my Sky Q needs rebooting every day?
internet remains stable, no outages showing on internet.
