Regional News Region

I have been a sky q user for years 

We have always been sent the west Midlands region news etc. The problem is we live in the east Midlands ans most of the regional stuff is not relevant. How can I change this..?

hi @triky 

your regional settings are determined by your postcode and you cannot change them.

If you feel they are incorrect you would need to contact SKY and see what can be done

BTW in the meantime for BBC local programmes look at channels from 951 on for the one you want 

(You can also set this in your favourites)

Unfortunately the same is not possible for ITV
