Regarding the Disney+ app
anyone having a problem with the Disney+ app through the Sky apps. I think I've solved the problem if you actually download download the Disney app to your TV your smart TV it should work cause I've just done that and now my app is working fine before that it was like it was buffing every five minutes but downloading it to my smart TV seems to have sorted out the problem cause I know a lot of people have been having problems with their Disney+ app

Be aware that not all smart TVs are able to download the Disney+ app, but you can use most dedicated streaming devices such as a Firestick, Roku, Apple TV 4K box, Google TV Streamer, or an Android TV box to download the app and use it from there.
Sky Q is decade old technology and the Disney+ app requires quite a bit of memory to run effectively. A dedicated, more modern streaming device will most often always give you a better experience and can also be more fully featured. You won't get Dolby Vision from Disney+ on a Sky Q box for example, but you will from a Firestick 4K.
