Red button on sky sports +

Is anyone else having trouble with the red button not being available, to watch the rugby league games when the darts are on? It happened yesterday and is the same again today.

Sky+ customers (the forum you posted in) do not get any Sky Sports+ red button content as the box does not have the tech to access it, you need Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access it

Sky+ (where you've posted) customers cannot receive red button games. Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will only receive the Sky Sports+ Channel (channel 404), but will not have access to the live streams of any other games on simultaneously as Sky+ is not compatible.

We have been able to watch the games previously and managed to watch the 2nd half of one game yesterday, then any other games afterwards.

Only on the linear channel, not streamed via the additional Sky Sports+ channels.

Sorry I should have said we do have sky Q, our problem seems to be the red button not working when the darts is on.
