Red button not working on mini box

I have 4 mini boxes, all connected to a smart tv.   All but one respond to the red button when selecting a football match.  The one that doesn't I have never been able to understand why.  
can anyone give me some advice?

Don't know if it helps to diagnose, but red button games are delivered by internet (as opposed to satellite).

 

Also, have you tried swapping two of the Mini's over to see if the problem follows the Mini or stays in the location.
