I have a badic Sky Q 1 TB box and when watching eithe Footbsll or F1 and press the red button for either recap or race control it loads up and then o get a blue screen which says "There is a technical issue. Please try again later Code WGT8" I've switched everything off and rebooted numerous times but cannot seem to get any red button content. What do I need to do to get red button recap or F1 race control?
