Red Button - Technical Issue code WGT8

When wanting to  select the red button on Sky Sport channels it goes to a Blue Screen with a message of a technical issue and code WGT8. 
I have rebooted my WiFi Router and Sky Q box but still getting same message.

How do I access the Red Button services?!
