Recordings
When we make recordings when playing back the recordings all the way through it blacks out for a very short time then the picture comes back is there anything that can be done to sort this TIA

Have you rebooted your Sky Q box? Let us know if you're not sure how to do that.

No have not rebooted and in aware of how to do this ! Will this erase all recordings ? Many thank

No, a normal reboot does not affect previous recordings.
- put box into standby
- switch off at plug
- leave off for at least 30 seconds
- switch back on at plug
- follow on screen instructions
- when the blue Q on front of box stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
- then press the 🏠 button on the Sky Q remote
Be aware some features may take 5-10 mins to return.

So I have tried the soft reset and it contours to do this I should have said it's not only my recordings it's when we stream as well so I can only assume it maybe my internet !? We have a fast internet and had fibre put in but I can honestly say I have not been impressed with the internet any thoughts ?
