Recordings menu not respoding

TV guide works okay on main sky q box but recordings menu is just stuck, saying please wait. Catchup says there is a tech error. Connected to network okay. Apps work okay.

 

Mini box says no satellite signal and I can't get anything other than apps.

 

Can't get hold of anyone from sky to resolve and their online help is pretty useless here, sending me around in circles. Ive switched the q box  off at the plug for 30 seconds 3 ti.es now but not resolved.

 

Anyone with any ideas at all?

Hi @Chris1975newt Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
