Recordings have disappeared

3-4 years of recordings have suddenly disappeared on my Sky Q box.

Any ideas on why and how to get them back?

Sky Q in not designed for long term recording / saving. It's designed primarily for watching and deleting. How much of the capacity of your box are you currently using?

Hi @RedLeo67 

Looks like your Disc Space reached capacity and your Box carried out housekeeping to delete recordings..

Have you checked the Deleted Section in Recordings - Manage?
Assume you have rebooted your Q box to make sure your recordings have gone.
