I don't know if anyone can help with this but I'm very confused.
For the past 6 weeks or so every time we watch a recording, at the 15 (ish) minute mark the recording backs out and returns to the regular sky broadcast.
We have also have it where the recording backs out numerous times throughout the recording. We have turned the Q box off and this hasn't done anything to fix it.
We have quite a few recordings and really don't want to have to reset the Q box completely. I know it isn't the end of the world but it is very annoying.
