Recording

I have recently down graded my package now when I try to record sky witness or sky Atlantic it won't record WHY

Hi @Teddypickle   Downgraded to what package(s)? For example, those channels are only available with Sky Signature (not Sky Q Essentials).

...or did you remove the HD pack?  (SD channels may work if so)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you no longer have the HD supplement then it's best to change the default download resolution to SD

 

To change your download preferences, you need to complete this on the main Sky Q box, not a Sky Q mini box:

 

Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.

 

Select Preferences, then On Demand default download format, and choose SD
