Good evening, I have renewed my sky package however I have received a text message saying that pre paid packaging has been sent out to return my Sky equipment which is an error. Please could someone contact me to resolve this? Thank you.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Good afternoon, following on from the text message I received regarding needing to return sky equipment even though I have renewed the same deal. I have today received the returns label through the post. Could you confirm that Sky is not expecting anything to be returned as this is an error on their part? Thank you.

I have also just had a text saying Sky haven't received equipment back. I have phoned them twice to confirm if they have received it, they confirmed weeks ago they had and even refunded me remainder contract owed. Now weeks later I get a text saying they are charging me, seems like a scam.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
