Received returns label

Have received a returns label but have no equipment to return. Recently started a new contract but all equipment is the same.

Hi @Paulin1   This happened to me recently when I negotiated a new minimum term. The trigger for my label and packaging was the advisor took off Multiscreen and put it back on with better discounts. Just ignore it.
