Reboot failed

My Sky mini has failed. It is stuck on the page where it says to press a particular button until it flashes, but it is flashing already and it won't move on to the next page. I have unplugged it, left it for an hour and gone back to it, but the same thing has happened. Any ideas please?

@CMC77 when is says press the wps button it also says on the nearest piece of q equipment so you need to go to either your n

main b0x another mini box or if you have a black sky router(if your broad band is sky) and press the wps button on the closest one of these boxes to the mini box you are having problems with
