Lost Channels affected by the signal, tried rebooting the sky Q box and the modem, several times the channels have still not come back, what do you advise me to do next please

@Louise+Mariiott  Rebooting the router won't do anything so is a pointless exercise as Sky Q channels are delivered via the dish not broadband.
