How do I get sky Q viewing card

I have received a new sky Q box today and gave the courier the old box but haven't taken the viewing card out, will this be sent out to me ?

No, unfortunately you should have removed the Viewing Card from your old box before handing it over.

If you give Sky a call, they'll send you a replacement card.
