RECORDING,CANCELING AND PAUSING PROGRAMMES

LATELY I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO PAUSE PROGRAMMES, RECORD, OR DELETE KEEP GETTING ... THERE IS

A TECHNICAL PROBLEM WITH THIS CHANNEL OR YOU ARE UNABLE TO PAUSE THIS PROGRAMME.

ALSO WHEN I SCROLL TO A NEW CHANNEL THE SCREEN JUST REMAINS BLU I HAVE TO PRESS CENTRE

BUTTON ON REMOTE AND PROGRAMME THEN COMES UP. THE PROBLEM DOES CLEAR IS I REBOOT

SYSTEM BUT 2 DAYS LATER SAME PROBLEM SURFACES

Check that your Sky Q box isn't overheating.  Check the ventilation ports for dust and do what you can to clear/blow them clear.  Make sure where your box is has plenty of ventilation.

If it's all clear, then possibly reporting this to Sky will result in a replacement Sky Q box.
