Q box

Hi

My q box is hot to touch not warm or very warm but really hot

The 2 screw in connections at the back of box are hot to touch

Trying to get through to speak to a real human is virtually impossible 

Switching it off at night as I daren't leave it on

Please help

Yup, they get very warm - uncomfortable to touch.

Does the box have sufficient ventilation?

Hi yes plenty of ventilation 

Not in cupboard or on a carpet
