Q box won't accept password to Internet

Q box suddenly stopped connecting to third party router. Had both for 5 years with no problems. Will not accept password when tried to reconnect. Tried wps also but no help

Hi @Davidjw29 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Tried this a few times. Even switched both off for longer while away for a few days.  No change.
