Q box not working.

When switching on the Qbox this morning the screen keeps advising me to make sure the viewing card is inserted with chip facing up, which it is. Can't access any Sky channels or recordings. Was working well last night.

Perhaps remove the card and give it a gentle wipe with the soft cloth in case there's some dust on it and then reinsert it (as message says) until you hear a click.
