Q box not working

Bang heard at Q box during thunder and lightening earlier this evening- no power to both my

sky boxes since

@manchester6  You'll need to call Sky if the boxes have no power to them, presuming you've checked other appliances on the sockets the Q boxes use?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
